I have a drive I have formatted and reotntiaipred multiple times to get it in a useable state. It does this successfully unless I zero all data or erase free space. Anyway I got badblocks installed and working. If I run it in write mode and it works does that survive future formats/repartitions or do I have to do them a particular way? The goal is a working backup using hfs+ journaled. Thanks |
